Practice Standards
1. I provide my clients with knowledgeable and professional service every time they come to an appointment, and address the needs of each client individually.
2. I offer 30, 60 and 90 minute massages, with availability to do more if schedule allows. I am willing to extend a session within the first 30 minutes of treatment.
3. I am available to my clients between the hours of 9am and 7pm. I am best reached by email and will return any messages within 24 hours.
4. Payment is due at the time of service. I currently accept cash or check.
5. I keep my knowledge base current by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.
6. Privacy and confidentially are maintained at ALL times. All medical and personal information are stored in a safe location and are shared with no one, unless client consent is obtained.
7. I will provide my clients with clean and safe supplies as needed and clients are safely draped at all times, only exposing the part of the body that is being worked on at a time.
8. I respect all clients regardless of their age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type or political affiliation.
9. I keep accurate records and review charts before each session.
10. After the first appointment, I may contact the client 24 hours after the session to follow up on the experience.
Client Conduct
1. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to late arrival end at the appointed time and are at full price.
2. Clients provide a health history during their first visit and update when necessary.
3. If cancellation is necessary, please give 24-hours notice. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner's discretion.
4. Payment is expected at the time of service.
5. Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If the practitioner's safety is compromised, the session is stopped immediately.
